The Laboratório de Águas do Algarve, S.A, is accredited by the Portuguese Accreditation Institute (IPAC), pursuant to Standard NP EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005, and has been assigned Accreditation Certificate no. L0400.

It is currently accredited for 113 tests that guarantee fulfilment of 55 water quality parameters, which include Physical/Chemical, Microbiological and Sampling.
